KREIA Hosts Monthly Learn On The Site (LOTS) Events
KREIA (Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association) offers many programs and resources to Kentucky and Southern Indiana investors, in addition to monthly meetings. The LOTS (Learn On The Site) program is a prime example of continuous learning in real estate investment, where KREIA members are invited to lunch-and-learn at a property in the process of being improved for flipping or renting. KREIA started the 20’s with a roar in January with their largest LOTS attendance of 75 members at the smallest investment property ever featured — a 705 square-foot ranch near Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY, just recently rehabbed and now ready for rent via Airbnb.
