- We’ll order title and order the appraisal
- Final loan terms will be sent upon receipt of ARV appraisal
- You set the date & time for closing

STEP 3
Complete the Rehab
Renovate the property and sell or re-fi to collect your profit
- 12-month loan terms provide plenty of time to finish the project
- No prepayment penalty means you earn more the faster you go
- Simple draws – submit pictures of completed work and draws are funded on the same day

Qualification Requirements
There are three ways to get pre-qualified for a loan from MM Lending
Experience
A minimum of 2 completed flips in the prior 36 months where the investor was at least a 51% owner, managed the rehab, and the property was sold on MLS or refinanced into a rental. Investors should also have cash reserves sufficient for down payment, closing costs, working capital and some contingency funds.
Financial
For new investors that do not have experience, MM Lending offers a financial qualification which includes a combination of strong cash reserves, credit score and annual income.
