- Loan to Value: Up to 80% LTV on purchase and up to 75% on rate/term refi and cashout refi*
- No personal incomes requirements
- Rates: As low as 5.875%
- Terms: 30yr fixed mortgage, 7/1 and 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage
- Loan Types: Purchase, Rate & Term Refi, Cash-Out Refi
- Flexible pre-payment penalties available
- Minimum DSCR: 1.0
*5% reduction to LTV for refi where property is vacant at time of origination.
*10% reduction to LTV if property is Section 8 or in rural area.
